fResource is managed by a small team of professionals who value the importance of sharing information for free.
Matthew Ide, Director
Matt is the Director and creator of fResource and manages the online side of things. He also runs the prospect research consultancy Hands on Research based in Manchester. With a Masters degree in Development Research, Matt went on to work for a number of development NGOs until a chance offering led him unexpectedly to the world of prospect research. Matt is passionate about knowledge sharing and spends much of his time searching for new ways to provide free information to the widest possible audiences. Matt also sits on the Institute of Fundraising's 'Researchers in Fundraising Special Interest Group' committee. Email: matt [at] fresource [dot] info

Mathew Iredale, Associate Editor
Mathew is better known as Fundraising Research Manager at The Stroke Association. In his spare time, Mathew also manages the prospect research website The Prospect Research Toolkit. In December 2007, he became chairman of the Researchers in Fundraising Special Interest Group.
Dave Tinker, Associate Editor
Dave is a seasoned veteran with over 17 years experience in fundraising and non-profit management. When he's not acting as Director of Development for ACHIEVA he likes to relax as President of the western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and has also been the President of the Pennsylvania chapter of APRA! As if that wasn't enough, Dave has contributed to the award winning book 'Careers in Fundraising' by Lilya Wagner and helped develop The Fundraising School's 'Fund Raising for Small Nonprofits' course.

Louise began her career in libraries before founding Saints Information in 1997 when she was based in London. It has allowed her to have the perfect job in her book - using her training and experience to assist organisations with contributing to the highest possible good every day. Saints is one of only a few organisations paving the way for prospect research in Australasia and the Far East and has the distinct advantage of being 12 hours ahead ahead of the rest of us!
Charlotte Grimshaw, Associate Editor
Charlotte has twenty years’ experience in the voluntary sector in Australasia and the UK having worked for Greenpeace, the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Australian Wildlife Conservancy and Medecins sans Frontieres among many others. She now runs her own successful prospect research consultancy Fundraising Research & Consulting which is based in New South Wales in Australia and is a frequent speaker at many of the large fundraising events and seminars in Australasia. Charlotte is also a board member of the Quest for Life Foundation.
Efrat Dekel, Associate Editor
Efrat's is a freelance fundraiser and prospect researcher based in Israel. Her path to prospect research is even more wayward than most! Having graduated from Haifa University in Israel, Efrat moved to London for further education, but soon realised that working for non-profits was a good career choice. Subsequent work in Bangalore (helping local NGO's to connect with wealthy Indians abroad) and gaining a Masters in International Marketing Management, Efrat then began working for charities such as WaterAid, Crisis and Age Concern in the UK, helping them with their fundraising campaigns. Three years ago Efrat decided it was time to go home to develop her career as a freelance fundraising consultant and prospect researcher, which is where she remains being our eyes and ears in the Middle East!
